1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and untested

  • All seals, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skin/hair care products cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
 If your product arrives damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skin care and hair care products

  • Products without original packaging or seal

  • Customized, promotional, or free items

  • Sale items and gift cards

6. Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item first.
 Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may require extra processing time.
